A Masterpiece in the Heart of Florence
In the very heart of Florence, where the city's rich history and artistic legacy converge, lies Villa Serenità Fiorenza, a rare and refined residence that embodies the soul of its surroundings.
Commanding sweeping views over the city’s iconic skyline, this extraordinary villa offers a unique blend of privacy, beauty and cultural resonance. There is truly nothing else quite like it.
Revealing itself with quiet grace, the villa stands as a remarkable example of Florentine architectural evolution. It ranks among the city’s most exceptional private homes, echoing the legacy of elegance and grandeur established by generations of master builders and patrons.
We were entrusted with the creation of an exclusive promotional book, an artisanal publication limited to just 100 hand-numbered copies. Designed to reflect the timeless elegance and historical depth of Villa Serenità Fiorenza, this luxury volume serves as both a tribute and a tangible extension of the villa itself. Every detail, from the materials to the imagery and narrative, was crafted to encapsulate the essence of the property: its architecture, atmosphere and singular place within Florence’s living heritage.
A key feature of this publication is a series of bespoke illustrations, created to evoke the quiet charm and cultivated beauty of the villa’s historic spaces. One such example is a delicate, hand-rendered sketch of a lemon tree in a terracotta pot, set beside a bottle and glass on a rustic table — a visual nod to the villa’s former limonaia and its transformation into a contemplative library space. These illustrations serve as poetic interpretations of the villa’s character, celebrating both its everyday elegance and storied past.
Due to client confidentiality, I am limited in what I can share from this project. However, this edition stands as a discreet yet rich reflection of the villa's enduring spirit and refined cultural significance.
